1. Appointment Booking

All bookings made through ChildWell Hub are confirmed directly with the respective child development centers, pediatric clinics, or dental clinics. We are a facilitator platform and not the service provider.

By booking through our platform, you agree to the refund and cancellation terms below.

2. Cancellation by User (Parents)

  • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time (or as per the clinic’s policy).

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the clinic’s cancellation policy.

  • Any last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method.

3. Cancellation by the Clinic/Center

  • If a center cancels or reschedules an appointment, the full amount (if paid online) will be refunded to the user.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days of confirmation.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If the user fails to show up for the appointment without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

  • The appointment may need to be rescheduled directly with the center at their discretion.

5. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.

  • In some cases, the amount may be credited to the user’s ChildWell Hub wallet (if applicable).

  • Transaction charges or platform fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
